What are you doing as a  SALES ASSISTANT (M/W/D)  exactly

• You monitor orders, delivery dates and the distribution of goods in close coordination with our sales team and customers
• You process, coordinate and manage customer orders in the office.
• You create and maintain order documentation.
• You process complaints independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You support our Sales Managers in preparing quotations, order processing and customer care.
• You take on administrative and organizational tasks.
• You actively participate in the coordination and optimization of internal processes.
• You work together with various internal departments to ensure that all customer requirements are met

That's you

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You are very confident in using Microsoft Office programs
• You have very good communication skills, quick comprehension and a self-confident manner
• You impress with your conscientious and responsible work
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
• You have a motivated and open-minded nature
