The following terms and conditions apply to all orders from our online shop.
The purchase contract is concluded with Capelli Europe GmbH
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The receipt of the order is confirmed together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending it by automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.

If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.
If you have selected the payment method SofortĂĽberweisung, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment instruction to SOFORT AG.
If you have selected the Click and Buy payment method, the contract is concluded when Click and Buy confirms the payment instruction.

Payment in advance
If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Cash on delivery
If you choose cash on delivery, you will incur an additional cost of 4 euros. In addition, 2 euros are to be paid directly to the deliverer.
Credit card
Your credit card will be charged when we send the goods to you.
Paypal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. Instant bank transfer
We also offer SofortĂĽberweisung. Herewith we receive the transfer credit immediately. This accelerates the entire order process. All you need is the account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Via Sofort AG’s secure payment form, which is not accessible to traders, SofortĂĽberweisung automatically and in real time places a transfer in your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the retailer’s bank account. If you choose the payment method SofortĂĽberweisung, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This already contains our bank account. In addition, the transfer amount and the purpose of payment are already displayed in the form. You must now select the country in which you have your online banking account and enter the sort code. Then enter the same data as when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Right after you receive confirmation of receipt. In principle, every internet user can use the immediate transfer as a payment method if he has an activated online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure. You pay the invoice amount via the online provider ClickandBuy. You have to be registered there or register first, authenticate with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information on how to get to the payment provider’s website during the ordering process.
Basically you have the possibility of picking up the order at Capelli Europe GmbH., Elisabethstr. 17, 40880 Ratingen, Germany during the following business hours: Mon-Fri from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The goods remain our property until full payment.
8.Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
