Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post) to us (Capelli Europe GmbH Elisabethstr. 17, 40880, Ratingen, europe@capellisport.com Tel 02102-4349490, Fax 02102-4349111) , Fax or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we have made all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we have offered) to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

General information

Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. If possible, send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

Goods that have been specially processed for you are excluded from the exchange!

Please only use the return label included with the shipment for the free return. If this is missing, please register your returns with us in advance, by e-mail or by phone.

Voluntary return policy

Voluntary right of return up to 30 days after receipt of the goods

For all purchases, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return for a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods. With this right of return, you can also release yourself from the contract after the 14-day cancellation period (see cancellation policy above) by returning the goods to us within 30 days of their receipt (beginning of the day after receipt of the goods), specifically to the on Return address given at the end of this section. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. A prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return, however, is that you have only worn / tried the goods for trying them on, as in a retail store, and that you send the goods back in their original condition intact and undamaged in the original sales packaging. In the case of return, you can use the return label enclosed with the order. If the return label is no longer available, please contact our customer service. The voluntary right of return does not exist for the purchase of gift vouchers.

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by compliance with our rules on the supplementary contractually granted (voluntary) right of return and remains independent of this. Until the expiry of the period for the statutory right of withdrawal, only the legal conditions listed there apply. The contractually granted (voluntary) right of return also does not limit your statutory warranty rights, which you retain without restriction.
