What are you doing as a  Account Manager (m/f/d)  exactly

– You are the first point of contact and the central interface between us and our important Teamsport customers
– You monitor orders and the distribution of goods in close cooperation with our customers
– You actively accompany all phases of the sales process (preparation of offers, negotiations, complaints, etc.) and coordinate the necessary activities of the CAPELLI SPORT colleagues working with you
– You work with various internal departments to ensure that all customer requirements are met
– You plan, design and take responsibility for sales success

That's you

– You have completed commercial training, a degree or comparable qualifications
– Ideally, you have already gained experience in sales or customer service
– Experience with sports clubs would be an advantage
– You are very confident in using Microsoft Office programs
– You have very good communication skills, quick comprehension and a self-confident manner
– You impress with your conscientious and responsible work
– You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
– You have a motivated and open-minded personality
